Nived's love for Hindustani music started in 2013 when he became a devoted disciple of the renowned Smt. Chandrima Sanyal Dutta. A torchbearer of the Banaras Gharana and the Gwalior Gharana, Smt. Chandrima Sanyal Dutta's credentials are truly awe-inspiring. Notably, she was a mega finalist on the esteemed Star Plus Channel - MERI Aawaz Suno, a testament to her exceptional talent. At present, she imparts her melodious skills to budding talents through her esteemed institution - Harmony School of Music in Bangalore.

Nived’s passion for the art form led him to complete his Graduation in Hindustani vocal music in 2022 from Bangiya Sangeet Parishad, the music wing of Rabindra Bharati University. Prior to this, Nived has completed his Pre-graduation, Senior Diploma (I) & (II) and a Junior Diploma  in Hindustani Vocals. He has had the opportunity to perform at various prestigious stages such as the revered Hosuril Thiruvaiyaru Fest, SwarTaal music festival, Yuva Yamini, Harmony School etc.
